By accessing and using the Anime Card Network (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Virtual Goods & Currency
The Service features virtual currencies (Nova Dust, Coins) and items (Cards, Playmats). These virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. We reserve the right to regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual goods at our sole discretion.
3. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Refund Policy
All purchases of virtual currency or premium services are final and non-refundable. By initiating a transaction, you acknowledge the immediate delivery of digital content and waive your right of withdrawal.
